White Chocolate, Apricot & Chia Balls!


I love white chocolate and these balls are the perfect excuse to have some! Quick and easy to make and quick and easy to eat!


150 grams white chocolate

3 cups almond meal

30 dried apricots

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1/2 cup honey



Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until well combined.

Roll into approx. 1 1/2 inch balls and pop on a plate and into the fridge.

let set for approx. 3 hours.

Makes 18 balls
