These Chocolate, Chia and Gogi berry balls are great for a sweet treat, so quick to make and perfect for that 3pm sugar craving!
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Chia seeds
1 Cup Gogi berries
15 dried appricots
3 Tablespoons natural cocoa
1/2 cup Coconut
1/2 cup rice malt syrup
Method
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined well.
Roll mixture into approx. 1 1/2 inch balls and pop in the fridge to set.
Makes approx. 16 balls
