2 1/2 cups almond meal
1 1/2 cups Nutella
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup ground brazil nuts
2 Flake bars crushed
Add the Nutella, salt and almond meal into a mixing bowl and combine well.
Roll into approx 1 1/2 inch balls, don’t worry the mixture will firm up once they go in the fridge.
Add the Brazil nut mix and flakes to a bowl and mix well.
Roll in the flake mix then pop in the fridge for
3- 4 hours until set.
Makes 22 balls approx
