Warning these Cherry Ripe balls are addictive, I made a batch and they literally went before I had a chance to put them in the fridge no joke! My advice hide them once you have made them, that way you are guaranteed one haha!
6 × 52g Cherry Ripe bars
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 packet of arrowroot biscuits
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Desiccated coconut for rolling
Pop the Cherry Ripes, biscuits and cocoa into a food processor or Thermomix and blitz until a fine crumb.
Add the mixture to a bowl with the condensed milk and combine well.
Roll into balls and coat in coconut.
Place on a plate and pop in the fridge for an hour to set.
Try not to eat them all at once!
