Keen’s Traditional Curry flavour in a peanut satay sauce. Everyone will love this fresh and quick beef stir-fry!

No. of serves: 4


1 tbsp vegetable oil
500g beef, thinly sliced
1 x 40g sachet Keen’s Satay Beef Recipe Base 3 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
1 x 270ml can coconut cream
4 spring onions, thinly sliced
1 cup snow peas or beans


  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok and fry beef in batches for 1 minute each side, then set aside.
  2. Mix Keen’s Satay Beef Recipe Base with peanut butter and coconut cream until well combined. Add the mixture to the same frying pan with spring onions, snow peas and mix well.
  3. Bring to the boil stirring and simmer for 2 minutes until vegetables are just wilted, then return the beef and warm through.
  4. Serve hot with steamed rice.
